Copier Service Technician

Overview:

Near North Business Machines is seeking an Experienced Copier Service Technician to join our team of service professionals dedicated to providing noteworthy service for the past 27 years.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.)
Installing and Connectivity of business machines
Providing high quality technical support to our customer base
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
Developing options to solve unusual problems
Managing time, resources and territorial consideration
Able to work in a team environment
Able to lift heavy business equipment
Need to be able to travel the Muskoka/Parry Sound/North Bay area
